Jennifer joined CC Young in 2018 as Administrator, Hospice and Palliative Care. She has been a Registered Nurse for 28 years, with more than 20 years specifically in hospice and home health in senior living. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Master of Science in Administration from the University of North Texas. She is also a certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse and a member of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Association.
In her role as Administrator, Hospice and Palliative Care, Jennifer directs a team of physicians, nurses, chaplains, nursing aides and social workers, in the comprehensive care of patients both on the CC Young campus or in their homes. Her hospice and palliative care team is licensed to service in 13 counties in North Texas.
As an RN, her nursing love is hospice. “Working in hospice isn’t just a job, it is a calling, a vocation. It is not an easy profession by any means, but guiding people through what is often the most challenging and emotional time of their lives is incredibly fulfilling. It makes a lasting impact.”

In addition to being a second degree blackbelt in Taekwondo, Jennifer successfully completed the coach training program in 2023 to become a Certified Rock Steady Boxing Coach for Parkinson’s disease and movements disorders. She currently leads the boxing classes at CC Young for residents and non-residents living Parkinson’s disease.
